Chantel1 You live with yourself for whatever amount of years you've been on this earth and you think you have some idea of who you are. Then you come to this training and it's like there's this whole other brand new person that's been waiting to show itself at the perfect moment. Peace isn't easy to find or hold on to. However, once you've had a taste of it there's no going back, you're on a constant search for how to achieve and maintain it.   • Moksha Flow

    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences.

  • Silent Moksha

    A standard class led silently by the teacher’s practice.

  • Moksha Level 2

    A challenging and healthy intermediate hot yoga sequence with a short meditation and an extended savasana.

  • Barre

    Barre class is a combination of the stretching atnd toning movements of Pilates and yoga, the strengthening and sculpting principles of ballet, and a high-energy cardio workout—small isometric movements target and tone every muscle in your body.

  • Sweat Stretch and Unwind

    Spend 60 minutes in low light and light music, with the heat on, stretching, sweating and some long twists to unwind!

  • Yin

    Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles.

  • Warm Hatha

    Designed to relieve stress and tension, while the heat stimulates deep muscle release, improves your body’s pliability and deepens your yoga practice. This is an excellent non-weight bearing style of yoga for beginners, those who prefer a less vigorous class and for those experiencing illness, injury or chronic pain.

  • Community Class

    A reduced-fee Moksha class led by a teacher-in-training.

  • Karma Class

    A reduced-fee Moksha/Modo class. All proceeds support not-for-profit organizations.

  • Savasana

    A VERY relaxing 1 pose class. Just lie on your back and breath. Just kidding, this is not a real class but we think savasana can change the world!
